At WordCamp Pune 2025, we are repeating our experimental formula of going speakerless and having only facilitators. If you are someone who knows and has experience being a professional in WordPress ecosystem. Or you are someone who has insights into freelancing around WordPress, we want to welcome you to share your expertise at WordCamp Pune.

We do not need prior speaker experience. If you are selected as a facilitator towards a workshop, you will recieve a free ticket to the event and if we do raise enough money, an invitation to a pre-event dinner.

Things to consider before applying

Facilitator are not speakers by another name. Every workshop is hands-on and we expect to have 4 or 5 facilitators for each workshop. We expect the facilitators who apply to have gone through the list of workshops we have here.

The facilitators will be part of a team that is helping our attendees learn at a particular workshop. So when applying, please share relevant information about why you qualify to guide others for that particular workshop.

If you’d like to apply to multiple workshops, please submit the form multiple times, once for each topic.
