Pune WordPress Knowledge Exchange is a group of WordPress enthusiasts who meet at least every fortnight to discuss and learn more about WordPress through formal and informal sessions. (MeetupFacebookTwitter). We are (in no particular order):

Shailee Sheth

Having worn multiple hats of responsibility from writing to teaching and mentoring to Product and Platform development, Shailee has been an Employee, Contractor, Consultant and an Entrepreneur having a flair for Technology and Innovation. Through this journey, after founding a boutique consultancy, NewVariable, she catered to the various technical and strategic needs of the people and hopped on to the world of WordPress, fascinated by the culture of open source. She is now also involved with Human Made where she helps guide various projects from inception to execution.

Apart from her busy workaholic life, Shailee loves Traveling and Adventure Sports.

Aditya Kane

He loves reading books and secretly wants to be a world famous philosopher. He believes that the core tenets of open source culture and philosophy should make it’s way into education, politics, law, economics and more.

He loves coffee and a good discussion on books and ideas.

Sheeba Abraham

Sheeba loves to organise things by making very handy and useful lists. She has been coding for many years and freelances as a WordPress Developer.

Faishal Saiyed

Faishal had his first encounter with WordPress in 2012, and since then it has become his hobby, passion, and the center of his profession. Worked through these years as an employee, a freelancer, a contractor, and a founder, he has plummeted through the depths of front-end development, back-end development, Dev-Ops, and leadership.

He enjoys interacting with open-source softwares and believes that open source is the future of web which is built on reciprocal volunteerism. Working remotely since 2013, he appreciates his life as a digital-nomad and loves traveling around the world.

Ganesh Kerkar

Ganesh really loves designing weddings cards (strictly for friends), eating eggs, singing Hindi film songs from the 90s and silly puns, especially the bilingual ones.

He is helping out at WordCamp Pune’s design and swag team.

Sanket Parmar

Sanket loves to travel mostly on his bike, listen to music and binge watch TV series. He has contributed to WordPress ( Core Development + Translation ), BuddyPress, JetPack & Easy Digital Downloads.

His introduction to coding was through PHP and got involved deeper with the WordPress world thanks to working with rtCamp where he is now a VP – Engineering.

Gaurav is a Workaholic guy. He has extensive knowledge of Linux, Cloud and DevOps. He loves long distance cycling and watching animated movies.

Umesh Nevase

He is a WordPress enthusiastic working as Team leader in rtCamp and proud to be Punekar. He stumbled into WordPress when he started working in rtCamp. He has volunteered for WordCamp Pune before, has been a WordPress contributor and is active in local WordPress meetups and WordPress activities. Besides WordPress, he likes traveling with his family and he is a food lover.

Naman Kalra

Naman is contributing as the venue wrangler to this years Pune WordCamp edition. Along with his graduation, and experience in hosting entrepreneurs for startup weekend Pune’17 edition, From coordinating IISER Pune college cultural festival Karavaan to co-founding the social monks, versatility is what he strives for. WordPress knowledge exchange will do what he loves the most, and aids platform that would help people to be their creative best.

Divyaraj Masani

Divyaraj got introduced to WordPress right after graduation. He is Backend + FrontEnd engineer inclining more toward all thing FrontEnd. In his free time, he likes to read the manga, non-fiction books and does casual mobile photography.
