WordCamp is going to be a day full of sessions, networking and Fun! After all that mental workout, you’ll want a place to relax. Also, for participants to party and socialize with each other, share a few drinks. The WCPune After-Party is that place. We have organized an After Party on Saturday, 16th February 2019 from 8:00 pm onwards.

That’s right, if you are a WCPune attendee, your first drink is on us! All you need to do is get your WCPune name tag along.

However, we would like to know your interest in attending the party post the event and register for the same. Please fill the form below as it will help us get estimates of all those interested in attending and accordingly co-ordinate with the venue to make arrangements.

Do note:

• Our Code of Conduct is applicable to the after party as well, as this is officially organized as part of WordCamp Pune 2019.
• This deal is only WordCamp Attendees, you will need to have a valid WordCamp Pune 2019 ticket to join the After Party.
• The After Party will officially end at 10:30 pm, this is so that volunteers and organizers can relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. You can hang around if you wish till the venue close time.

WordCamp Pune 2019 is almost upon us, and we are in need of a volunteer photographer or two! We want to bring a new perspective to the event by offering the opportunity to capture the talks, panels and overall atmosphere.

WordPress is not only about code and poetry, but it is also about community, bringing people together and learning from each other. A WordCamp embodies this like no other event and to make it memorable, we need your help. We want you to bring your unique vision and your photography skills to Pune in June.

It is your chance to be part of one of the biggest tech/web conferences in the world and document it with your camera. You’ll meet a lot of interesting people along the way and gather lots of experience while working with a group of like-minded individuals.

Shoot in your own style, Produce sharp, high-quality photos/video, Edit and post-process your images and Release your images under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license.

WordCamp Pune 2019 is an event to be held on 16th February 2019, at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune (IISER Pune). This Multi track event will include speaker sessions, lightning talks, Workshops and more. The Auditorium and Classrooms have a large foyer on the ground floor which will be used for networking and have the sponsor stalls.

WordCamp Pune is part of a network of WordCamps internationally, and is a community-driven event where all the speakers, organizers and volunteers donate their time voluntarily with no monetary gains.

Last year, we had 400 participants from various countries and we are expecting the same number this year. We aim to make WordCamp Pune 2019 an even bigger success and are, again, looking for the help of generous sponsors.

Expected Participants are WordPress Users including Enthusiasts, Developers, Web Designers, bloggers and open source software supporters.

*Payment will be collected by Individual Volunteers who are mostly freelancers and may not be registered for GST, as they fall within the allowed limit. Sponsoring Companies will have to pay GST as they would for an unregistered vendor.

**Printing of backdrop for stall will be charged additionally.

Along with these sponsorship slots, we are also open to “In-Kind Sponsorships”.

Sponsors can also make payments directly to vendors / or take up sponsoring a particular aspect of the event for e.g. Food Catering, WiFi, Venue, Swags and so on.

This may be obvious, but still worth mentioning that all Sponsors, if distributing WordPress-derivative work (Themes, Plugins or WP Distros) they should be under 100% GPL or compatible license like in WordPress.org.
