What If Your Transaction Fails?
If your payment is debited but you do not receive a ticket confirmation:
- Don’t panic. Most of the time, such issues occur due to temporary bank or connection problems.
- Please contact your card issuer or bank to request a refund for the failed transaction.

Important Notes
- Each ticket admits ONE person only. Every attendee must have their own ticket.
- Carry a DIGITAL copy of your confirmation email – no need to print! Let’s keep it eco-friendly.
- A valid photo ID proof is required for verification at entry.
- Ticket transfers are allowed until 48 hours before event starts (the link will be in your confirmation email).
- The right of admission is reserved by the Event and Venue Management.
- By registering, you consent to receive important event-related communication via email and SMS.
- By attending, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.
Your name, company, Twitter/X handle, website, and Gravatar photo (if available) will be displayed on the public Attendees page unless you have chosen to opt out while registering.
