Career Counseling & Guidance at WordCamp Pune 2026

Choosing a career is rarely simple. For students and early professionals, it often comes with confusion, pressure, and too many opinions. What role should I choose? What skills actually matter? Am I moving in the right direction?

At WordCamp Pune 2026, we’re creating space for these questions. This year, we’re introducing a Career Counseling & Guidance track, a dedicated initiative focused on conversations, clarity, and direction.

What Is This About?

The Career Counseling & Guidance track is a walk-in, one-on-one interaction space where attendees can speak directly with experienced professionals and seek guidance about their career paths.

This is not limited to tech roles. The WordPress and digital ecosystem includes creative, operational, analytical, and people-focused careers, and all of them matter.

There’s no stage and no formal setup. Just real conversations.

How the Counseling Sessions Will Work

To ensure meaningful interactions, the counseling tables will be available in two dedicated time slots:

• 2 hours before lunch
• 2 hours after lunch

Attendees can walk up to the tables and discuss career-related questions with the experts at their own pace.
