We need skilled photographers and video specialists to document the event\u2019s best moments. If you have an eye for detail and love taking pictures, this team is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Videographers with editing skills are especially welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The reception team handles attendee check-ins, distribute badges, and provide directions. If you\u2019re organized and love interacting with people this team is perfect for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Help our workshops run smoothly. You\u2019ll introduce our facilitators and the topic, manage schedules, and assist attendees during sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sponsors play a huge role in making WordCamp happen. Join this team to assist them with setting up booths, managing queries, and ensuring they have everything they need to showcase their offerings and participate in the activities we have for sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who doesn\u2019t love swag? Help attendees collect their WordCamp goodies and manage inventory at the swag counter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perfect for those who enjoy organizing and spreading cheer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will get a free Volunteer ticket. If we do raise enough money, we will also have some sort of extra swag or a networking dinner for volunteers and organisers before the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is great way to become part of the local community, gain some event management experiance and network with WordPress experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fun fact<\/strong>: One volunteer from WordCamp Pune 2024, is now an organiser! We choose our volunteers based on their eagerness to be involved in the community, not their expertise with software.
